1. Returns and Refunds:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time.
Once the product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its authenticity upon return. As a result, returned products must be discarded, and we are unable to absorb this cost at this time.
We appreciate your understanding of our strict NO return refund policy.
2. Unauthorized Returns:
Returns sent without our prior authorization will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.
3. Order Changes / Cancellation Policy:
Please keep in mind that, once an order is placed, we are not obligated to make changes.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
While we will make an attempt to accommodate changes within 12 hours of ordering, it is not guaranteed. Cancellation requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

We kindly ask you to inspect all products within 48 hours of receiving them. If any issues arise, please contact us within the same timeframe. This will enable us to address any concerns promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
